Chapter One: General Principles
Article One
To further improve the company's management level, establish and perfect the incentive mechanism for management personnel, and fully adjust the roles and creativity of management personnel, the company will enhance business management and ensure employee health, stability, and development, in accordance with the "Company Law" and "Company Articles of Association."
Article Two
This method applies to the following personnel:
(1) Directors and members of the board, including independent directors and non-executive directors (including representatives of employees);
(2) Senior management personnel, including the general manager, deputy general managers, financial managers, and other personnel defined by the company.
Article Three
The company shall determine the remuneration of directors and senior management personnel based on the company's economic benefits and the positions held, implementing annual salary planning and performance evaluation.
