1. Resignation of the Chairman
The board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Song Haigang, the Chairman of the Company. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Song applied to resign from his positions as director, chairman, member (convener) of the strategic committee, and member of the nomination committee. After resigning from these positions, he will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries. To ensure the smooth operation of the board of directors, Mr. Song will continue to perform his current responsibilities until a new director is elected.
