(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has completed the issuance of H shares and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, the Company's total share capital has increased from 27.125 million shares to 30.125 million shares. Based on the change in the Company's share capital, the Company's registered capital has been changed from RMB 27.125 million to RMB 30.125 million.
