I, Zhu Guangwei, as an independent director of Shenzhen Soling Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the Sixth Board of Directors, have strictly performed my duties in 2025 in accordance with the requirements of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," "Independent Director Rules for Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," among other relevant laws, regulations, and rules. During my term in 2025, I actively attended relevant meetings, diligently reviewed all proposals submitted to the Board of Directors, and conscientiously fulfilled my responsibilities as an independent director, safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I. Basic Information
Mr. Zhu Guangwei, male, Chinese national, with no overseas permanent residency. Born in 1963, he holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a master's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from Dalian University of Technology. He previously served as a technician at No. 351 Factory of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics, an assistant lecturer and lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at East China University of Science and Technology, a project manager and head of sales at Hirth Electric Measurement (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a project manager, sales manager, technical and expansion manager, China Head of Fuel Supply Unit, and Deputy General Manager (Chinese General Manager) at Continental Automotive (Wuhu) Co., Ltd., Vice President (Sales) at Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Vice President at Mind Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Vice President at Hozon Auto Co., Ltd. He has served as a director of the China Association of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, a standing director of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Vice Chairman of the Instrument Professional Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Association of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, Vice Chairman of the Anhui Provincial Automobile Industry Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Automotive Electronics Industry Alliance, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Automotive Electronics Professional Committee of the China Computer Industry Association. Since January 12, 2022, he has served as an independent director of Silerich Company, and since December 29, 2025, he has served as an independent director of Soling Shares.
