On February 11, 2026, Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a "Notice of Investigation" (No.: JZ-Lian-Zi 0062026005) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"), as detailed in the Company's announcement "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Investigation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission" disclosed on Juchao Information Network on February 12, 2026.
On July 13, 2026, the Company and related parties received a "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Guangdong Securities Regulatory Penalty Zi [2026] No. 8) issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau"), as detailed in the Company's announcement "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" disclosed on Juchao Information Network on July 14, 2026.
On August 7, 2026, the Company and related parties received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" ([2026] No. 17) issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:

Party involved: Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianji Shares), registered address: 12-12 Section, Jinyuan Industrial City, Chaoshan Road, Shantou City, Guangdong Province.
Wu Xidun, male, born in January 1963, then Chairman and General Manager of Tianji Shares, residing in Shantou City, Guangdong Province.
Zhou Shuai, male, born in August 1979, then Deputy General Manager of Tianji Shares and Sales Director of Changshu Xinteli Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinteli Chemical), residing in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province.
Zhi Jianqing, male, born in October 1968, then Chairman of Xinteli Chemical, residing in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province.
Yang Zhixuan, male, born in November 1969, then Chief Financial Officer of Tianji Shares, residing in Shantou City, Guangdong Province.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), our bureau initiated an investigation into Tianji Shares' illegal acts of information disclosure and notified the parties of the facts, reasons, and basis for the administrative penalty, as well as the rights they are legally entitled to exercise. The parties did not submit any statements or defense opinions, nor did they request a hearing. The case has now been investigated and concluded.
