Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Notice on Implementing Other Risk Warnings and Resuming Trading for the Company's Stock" on July 14, 2026. Due to the Company receiving the "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau Penalty [2026] No. 8) issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau"), in accordance with Article 9.8.1, Item (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings, but it will not trigger the circumstances of mandatory delisting due to major violations stipulated in Chapter Nine, Section Five of the "Stock Listing Rules." Since July 15, 2026, the Company's stock has been subject to other risk warnings by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the stock abbreviation has been changed from "Tianji Shares" to "ST Tianji," with the stock code remaining "002759."
