(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced on July 14, 2026, the "Notice of Warning and Resumption of Trading for Company Stock Due to Other Risk Warnings." Due to the Company receiving the "Administrative Penalty Prior Notice" (Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau Penalty [2026] No. 8) issued by the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, in accordance with Article 9.8.1, Item (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings, but it will not trigger the circumstances of mandatory delisting for major violations stipulated in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the "Stock Listing Rules."
