Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Tianji Shares") received a "Notice of Filing" (No.: Zhengjian Liansai Zi 0062026005) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on February 11, 2026, for alleged violations of information disclosure. In accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the Company. Please refer to the "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission" disclosed by the Company on February 12, 2026.
On July 13, 2026, the Company and relevant parties received a "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Guangdong Securities Regulatory Penalty Zi [2026] No. 8) issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau").
