Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Guangdong CSRC Penalty Letter [2026] No. 8) issued by the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangdong CSRC") on July 13, 2026. In accordance with Article 9.8.1, Item (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings, but it will not trigger the circumstances of mandatory delisting due to major violations stipulated in Chapter IX, Section V of the "Stock Listing Rules."
The Company's stock will be suspended from trading for one day from the opening of trading on July 14, 2026 (Tuesday) and will resume trading from the opening of trading on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday).
The Company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings from July 15, 2026. The stock abbreviation will be changed from "Tianji Shares" to "ST Tianji," the stock code remains "002759," and the daily trading limit remains unchanged at 10%.
