Sunrise Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunrise Group" or "the Company") was established in 1992 and is headquartered in the Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a diversified, publicly listed conglomerate specializing in metal packaging product manufacturing, beverage filling, collaborative marketing services, equipment research and development, supply chain services, and industrial services. Leveraging its comprehensive manufacturing capabilities and strong quality control, the Company has established long-term, stable, and interdependent relationships with numerous renowned brands both domestically and internationally.

Business Operations
The Company's core business involves the research, design, production, and sales of food and beverage packaging containers, as well as beverage filling services. Its main products include beverage cans and food cans, encompassing three-piece cans, two-piece cans, and aluminum bottles. The Company provides integrated services to food, beverage, and beer industry clients, covering R&D, design, plate-making, printing, distribution, filling, and intelligent information services.
The Company is continuously optimizing its industrial chain layout. It has established approximately 30 production bases for three-piece tin cans, two-piece aluminum cans, and aluminum bottles, as well as beverage filling service bases across Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Zhejiang, and Sichuan provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, as well as in Cambodia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This has formed a strategic layout that covers China and extends into Southeast Asia.

02 Materiality Assessment
Double Materiality Analysis
Sunrise Group has established and continuously improves a mechanism for analyzing the materiality of issues. Through due diligence and other processes, the Company identifies whether the 21 issues in the "Guidelines" have financial materiality and whether its performance in these issues impacts materiality. Concurrently, the Company considers industry characteristics, its business model, and its value chain to identify issues beyond those in the "Guidelines" that have financial or impact materiality. The process of assessing the financial and impact materiality of issues through surveys is detailed in the following table.
