The specific situation is as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Litigation
On April 22, 2025, the Company published the "2024 Annual Report" on the Giant Tide Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn), which reported an audited net asset value of RMB 1,711,593,300 for the year 2024. According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the cumulative amount of newly added litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries over the past twelve months has reached the disclosure standard. As of the date of this announcement, the total amount involved in the newly added litigation and arbitration matters received by the Company and its subsidiaries, excluding previously disclosed cases, is approximately RMB 310.92 million, with the amount involved exceeding RMB 10 million, accounting for more than 10% of the absolute value of the Company's most recent audited net assets. Among these, the total amount of litigation and arbitration where the Company and its subsidiaries are plaintiffs is RMB 0, while the total amount where they are defendants is RMB 310.92 million. The Company disclosed the "Announcement on Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration" on January 20, 2026, and February 13, 2026 (Announcement No.: 2026-001, 2026-017).
