(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Cuihua Jewelry") held the 14th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors at 10:00 AM on March 27, 2026, in the conference room on the 3rd floor, No. 96, Shuxilu Road, High-tech West Zone, Chengdu. The meeting notice was issued via email and written forms on March 17, 2026. The meeting was presided over by Vice Chairman Guo Yuchun. Nine directors were eligible to vote (including three independent directors), and nine directors actually participated in the vote. The meeting was held both in person and via video conference. The convocation and convening of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association." The meeting was legal and valid.
