(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") had a closing stock price of RMB 1.88 per share, with a total market capitalization of RMB 482 million, marking the first instance of its closing market capitalization falling below RMB 500 million.

According to Article 9.2.1, Item 6 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Listing Rules"): For main board listed companies that only issue A shares, if their total market capitalization remains below RMB 500 million for twenty consecutive trading days, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will terminate their stock trading, which constitutes a mandatory delisting due to trading reasons.

According to Article 9.2.3, Item 3 of the "Listing Rules": Upon the first occurrence of a closing market capitalization below RMB 500 million, the Company shall disclose this risk warning announcement before the opening of the next trading day. According to Article 9.2.4, Item 3 of the "Listing Rules," if the market capitalization remains below RMB 500 million for ten consecutive trading days thereafter, the Company will disclose a delisting risk warning announcement on each subsequent trading day until the situation is resolved or delisting occurs (whichever comes first).

I. Reasons for Potential Delisting of Company Stock
According to Article 9.2.1, Item (VI) of the "Listing Rules," if the Company's stock market capitalization remains below RMB 500 million for twenty consecutive trading days, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will terminate its stock trading. Furthermore, according to Article 9.1.15 of the "Listing Rules," stocks delisted due to mandatory delisting for trading reasons will not enter a delisting arrangement period.
On August 6, 2026, the Company's stock price closed at RMB 1.88 per share, with a total market capitalization of RMB 482 million. This is the first time the closing market capitalization has fallen below RMB 500 million, and the Company's stock faces the risk of delisting due to the market capitalization indicator.
