I. Abnormal Stock Trading Fluctuations
Shenyang Cuihua Gold & Silver Jewelry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") stock (Securities Abbreviation: *ST Cuihua, Securities Code: 002731) experienced a cumulative price drop exceeding 20% in the closing prices for two consecutive trading days, July 20, 2026, and July 21, 2026. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Trading Rules," this constitutes abnormal stock trading fluctuations.
II. Company's Attention and Verification of Relevant Matters
Regarding the abnormal stock trading fluctuations of the Company's stock, the Company has verified the relevant matters and provides the following explanations:
- The Company is currently unable to determine if there are any matters requiring correction or supplementation to previously disclosed information. On February 9, 2026, and May 6, 2026, the Company received "Notice of Case Filing" (Case Filing No. 0022026001 and 0022026006) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"). Due to the Company's suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations and failure to disclose periodic reports as required, the CSRC decided to file a case against the Company in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations. The Company disclosed the "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Case Filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission" (Announcement No.: 2026-015, Announcement No.: 2026-049) on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on February 10, 2026, and May 7, 2026, respectively. Currently, the CSRC's investigation is ongoing, and the Company has not yet received a conclusive opinion or decision from the CSRC regarding the aforementioned case investigation.
