Shenyang Cuihua Gold & Silver Jewelry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries that have occurred continuously within twelve months, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant regulations. The details are as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Litigation
On April 22, 2025, the Company published its "2024 Annual Report" on the Giant Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn). The Company's audited net assets for 2024 were RMB 171,159.33 million. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the cumulative new litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries within twelve months have reached the disclosure threshold. As of the date of this announcement, excluding previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases, the total amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters received by the Company and its subsidiaries is approximately RMB 235.49 million. The amount involved in these cases exceeds RMB 10 million and accounts for more than 10% of the absolute value of the Company's latest audited net assets. Among these, the total amount of litigation and arbitration where the Company and its subsidiaries are plaintiffs is RMB 0, and the total amount of litigation and arbitration where the Company and its subsidiaries are defendants is RMB 23,549 million.

The Company disclosed the "Announcement on Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration" (Announcement No.: 2026-001) on January 20, 2026, the "Announcement on Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration" (Announcement No.: 2026-017) on February 13, 2026, the "Announcement on New Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Cases and Progress of Previously Disclosed Litigation Matters" (Announcement No.: 2026-029) on April 1, 2026, and the "Announcement on Major Litigation and Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Cases" (Announcement No.: 2026-042) on April 28, 2026. On June 3, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Announcement on Major Litigation and Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Cases" (Announcement No.: 2026-054). The Company and its subsidiaries have no other litigation or arbitration matters that need to be disclosed.
