2026 Annual Feasibility Analysis Report on the Use of Proceeds from the Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets
Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this feasibility analysis report (hereinafter referred to as "this report") have the same meanings as those in the "Dianguang Explosion-proof Technology Co., Ltd. 2026 Annual Plan for the Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets."
I. Plan for the Use of Proceeds
The total amount of proceeds from this issuance shall not exceed 1.4 billion RMB (inclusive). After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds are intended to be invested in the following projects:

After the proceeds from this issuance to specific targets are received, if the actual net proceeds are less than the proposed investment amounts, the Board of Directors may, based on actual project needs and without changing the investment projects, make appropriate adjustments to the order and amount of the proceeds invested. Any shortfall will be covered by the company using its own funds or other financing methods.
Before the proceeds are received, the company may invest its own funds based on the actual progress of the projects and will replace them with the proceeds once they are available, in accordance with relevant regulatory procedures.
