I. Claim Declaration Period and Method
Creditors of Longda Food shall declare their claims by August 24, 2026 (inclusive), in accordance with the "Shandong Longda Food Co., Ltd. Pre-Restructuring Claim Declaration Guide" (hereinafter referred to as the "Claim Declaration Guide"). They shall state the amount and nature of the claim, whether there is property security, and whether it is a joint and several claim, and provide relevant supporting documents. The Company will maintain normal operations during the pre-restructuring period. Claims arising from normal production and operation do not need to be declared (except for those whose cooperation with the Company has terminated or are subject to disputes).
