Shandong Longda Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on new litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and hereby announces the relevant situation as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Matters
From April 29, 2026, to the date of this announcement, the Company and its holding subsidiaries have initiated a total of 49 new litigation and arbitration cases, with a total amount of RMB 11,496.56 million (cases that have fulfilled disclosure obligations according to relevant regulations are not included in the cumulative calculation). This amount accounts for 19.06% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period, and the cumulative litigation and arbitration matters have reached the disclosure standard.
