(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received on July 9, 2026, a decision letter [(2026) Lu 06 Po Shen (Pre) No. 1] and a decision letter [(2026) Lu 06 Po Shen (Pre) No. 1-1] issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Yantai City (hereinafter referred to as "Yantai Intermediate Court"). The creditor, Shandong Laiyang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., applied to the Yantai Intermediate Court for restructuring of the Company on the grounds that the Company is unable to repay its due debts and clearly lacks solvency, but has restructuring value. The court decided to initiate pre-restructuring proceedings for the Company and appointed a provisional administrator.
