Recently, Guangdong Xiaomai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received financial assistance from its actual controller and related parties. The total amount of financial assistance is RMB 8,156.25 million (from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026), with a repayment date of April 30, 2026. The actual controller is Liu Lingxuan.
(2) Related Party Description
According to the Company’s actual controller, Liu Lingxuan holds 60% of the shares in Shanghai Rongguang, and Liu Lingxuan holds 66.79% of the shares in the development company. Liu Lingxuan is also the actual controller of the Company.
(3) Approval Process
On April 30, 2026, the Company convened the 12th meeting of the sixth board of directors, which approved the proposal regarding the financial assistance provided by the actual controller and related parties.
