I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation
As of August 4, 2026, the amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters of the Company and its holding subsidiaries that have not been disclosed within the past twelve months totals approximately RMB 14,661.59 million. This amount represents 10.87% of the absolute value of the net assets attributable to the parent company as of the most recent audited period.
