(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on the cumulative litigation and arbitration matters of the Company over the past twelve months, and the relevant content is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation
As of July 14, 2026, the amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters that have not been disclosed by the Company and its holding subsidiaries within the past twelve months totals approximately RMB 19,606.67 million, reaching 14.53% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as most recently audited.
