The Company and related parties received a "Notice of Preliminary Administrative Penalty" issued by the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau"), which legally proposes to impose administrative penalties on the Company and related parties. The final result of this administrative penalty shall be subject to the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau.
