Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To standardize the entrusted financial management of Dongyi Risen Home Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), this "Entrusted Financial Management System" is established to strengthen investment risk prevention and protect the rights and interests of investors. It is based on the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," and relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Article 2
The term "Entrusted Financial Management" refers to the management of entrusted funds by the Company, including trust, investment, financing, and other related mechanisms. It aims to ensure that investment activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 3
The Company shall establish a risk management system for entrusted financial management, report on the risk levels and implementation measures, and strengthen the supervision of investment activities.
Article 4
The Company shall develop entrusted financial management business in accordance with laws, regulations, and the principles of fairness, scientific rationality, and risk prevention.
Article 5
The Company shall ensure that entrusted financial management activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, and that relevant personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
Chapter 2 Principles of Entrusted Financial Management

The Company shall select investment projects for entrusted financial management based on the current situation and the principles of risk assessment and investment return.
