Chapter One General Principles
Article 1
To regulate the information disclosure delay and exemption management of Dongyi Risen Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and to facilitate compliance with relevant regulations on information disclosure, the Company establishes this management system based on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's rules (hereinafter referred to as "the Rules") and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2
The Company shall comply with the Rules and other relevant laws and regulations, and the provisions of this management system. The management committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") and the securities department shall be responsible for the implementation of this system.
Article 3
The Company shall ensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of disclosed information. It shall not use delayed or exempted information to mislead investors or manipulate the market.
Chapter Two Scope and Conditions for Information Disclosure Delay and Exemption
Article 4
The Company may apply for information disclosure delay or exemption under specific circumstances. The criteria for delay or exemption shall align with the relevant regulations.
Article 5
The Company shall ensure that the information disclosed does not violate the confidentiality obligations and that it does not lead to unfair competition.
Article 6
The Company shall establish a system for managing confidential information and ensure that it is not disclosed improperly.
