(1) Basic Situation
The Company is involved in a loan contract dispute with Xu Delai. For details, please refer to the Company's previously published announcements (Announcement No. 2019-030, 2019-044, 2019-143, 2019-184, 2020-005, and 2020-032). The Company appealed the civil judgment (2019) Yue 06 Min Chu 158 issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Foshan, Guangdong Province to the Guangdong High People's Court. The Guangdong High People's Court has formed a collegial panel to hear the case, which has now concluded.
