Beijing Tianda Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "this firm") has been entrusted by Ciming Health Examination Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "the issuer") to act as the special legal advisor for the company's initial public offering of ordinary shares in Renminbi and listing (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance" or "this listing"). The lawyers of this firm have issued this legal opinion in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), the Interim Regulations on the Administration of Stock Issuance and Trading (hereinafter referred to as "Stock Regulations"), and the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") regarding the disclosure of information by publicly issued securities companies.
This firm makes the following statements regarding the issuance of this legal opinion:

The lawyers of this firm have issued legal opinions based on the provisions of the CSRC's Notice [2001] No. 37 and the facts that have occurred or existed prior to the issuance date of this legal opinion, as well as the current laws, regulations, and relevant provisions of the CSRC, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of this legal opinion.
