Chapter One General Principles
Article One
Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") aims to further standardize the management of directors and senior management personnel's compensation and performance assessment. It establishes a scientific and effective assessment mechanism to ensure the effective management of its operations and promote economic development, health, and stability. Based on the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws, this system is defined as follows:
Article Two
This system applies to:
- Directors and senior management personnel, including the Company's internal affairs and external affairs.
- Senior management personnel, including the general manager, deputy general manager, financial director, and other key positions.
Article Three
The Company’s compensation and performance assessment system is based on the following principles:
- Publicity, openness, and fairness, ensuring that the Company’s operational standards align with industry practices.
- Equity, rights, and responsibilities, ensuring that performance and compensation are linked to value creation and responsibilities.
