Chapter One General Principles
Article 1
To strengthen the company's business management responsibilities, establish and improve the modern corporate governance structure, and enhance the motivation and creativity of senior management personnel, the company shall formulate a compensation management system for directors and senior management personnel based on the principle of fair competition and management level, ensuring that the compensation reflects the company's operational performance and is in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2
This system applies to all directors and senior management personnel of the company, including but not limited to:
(1) Directors of the company;
(2) Senior management personnel of the company.
Article 3
This system refers to the compensation management of directors and senior management personnel, excluding matters related to the company's external business affairs (including independent directors), and internal management refers to matters other than external business affairs.
The company's internal management shall be responsible for the management of the compensation of directors and senior management personnel.

The compensation system shall be reviewed and adjusted according to the following principles:
