Announcement on Fulfillment of Guarantee Liability

I. Background
(I) Approval of Guarantee
Dongjiang Environmental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its sixth Board of Directors' 54th meeting on July 9, 2020, and approved the "Proposal on Providing Guarantee for Mianyang Dongjiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd." The proposal agreed that the Company's holding subsidiary, Mianyang Dongjiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mianyang Dongjiang"), would apply for a credit line from the bank not exceeding RMB 260 million, with a term not exceeding 10 years, for the construction and daily operation of the Mianyang Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Center Project. The Company would provide a joint liability guarantee for the aforementioned loan, and the other shareholders of Mianyang Dongjiang would provide counter-guarantees to the Company in proportion to their shareholding.
(II) Provision of Guarantee
Mianyang Dongjiang signed a "Fixed Asset Loan Contract" with the Mianyang Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Postal Savings Bank") on March 26, 2021. The loan amount was RMB 246 million, with a term of 9 years. On the same day, the Company signed a "Joint Liability Guarantee Contract" with Postal Savings Bank, agreeing to provide a joint liability guarantee for the principal loan amount of RMB 246 million.
