I. Basic Situation of the Litigation
Shenzhen Wanshun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its relevant subsidiaries recently received a summons and other legal documents from the Intermediate People's Court of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Guotong Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotong Trust") has filed a civil lawsuit against the Company and its relevant subsidiaries. The case has been accepted by the Intermediate People's Court of Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Guotong Trust is the plaintiff; the defendants are: Defendant 1: Shenzhen Wanshun New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanshun New Energy"), Defendant 2: Pinglu Kaidi New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pinglu Kaidi"), Defendant 3: Fuxin Kaidi New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuxin Kaidi"), and Defendant 4: Shenzhen Wanshun Technology Co., Ltd., collectively referred to as the "Four Defendants"; the third party is Kaidi Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaidi Ecological").
