This change in equity is due to Haisike Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Haisike") completing a private placement of 20,974,510 A-shares. The Company's total share capital increased from 1,119,917,970 shares to 1,140,892,480 shares, resulting in the passive dilution of existing shareholders' shareholding ratios.
