I. Overview of the Litigation Matter
Chengdu Lijun Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on Litigation Matters of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary" on June 6, 2025. Lijun Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lijun Holdings"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, was sued by MCC North China (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MCC North China") due to a contract dispute (for detailed information, please refer to the Company's announcements disclosed in China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, Securities Times, and Juchao Information Network on June 6, 2025).
In November 2025, Lijun Holdings submitted a counterclaim to the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province. The counter-claimant, Lijun Holdings, requested relief.
