On June 6, 2025, Chengdu Lijun Industrial Co., Ltd. disclosed an announcement regarding the litigation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lijun Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lijun Holdings"). Due to a sales contract dispute, China Metallurgical North (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.
