Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Progress of Using Idle Raised Funds and Idle Own Funds for Cash Management
Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 24th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on April 9, 2026, and the 2025 Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2026, to deliberate and approve the "Proposal on Using Part of Idle Raised Funds and Idle Own Funds for Cash Management in 2026." The Company (including its holding subsidiaries) was authorized to use no more than 1 billion RMB of idle own funds and no more than 700 million RMB of idle raised funds for cash management. The term for any single product shall not exceed 12 months, and the authorization is valid from the date of approval by the 2025 Annual General Meeting until the date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, during which the funds may be used on a rolling basis.
In accordance with the above resolution, the Company has recently used 416.43 million RMB of idle raised funds for cash management. Details are as follows:
