(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its subsidiaries recently received the "Execution Ruling" (No. (2026) Su 05 Execution No. 189, Issue 2) issued by the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Suzhou Intermediate Court"). The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows: I. Progress of Major Litigation Involving Controlled Subsidiaries (I) Basic Situation of This Major Litigation The Company disclosed the "Announcement on Major Litigation Cases and Progress" (Announcement No.: 2025-058) and the "Announcement on the Progress of Major Litigation Involving Controlled Subsidiaries" (Announcement No.: 2025-123) on July 9, 2025, and December 25, 2025, respectively. Due to default on a loan by Yangzhou Bangjie, a controlled subsidiary, with the Suzhou Branch of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Suzhou Branch filed a lawsuit against Yangzhou Bangjie and the Company for the overdue loan. The Suzhou Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province made a first-instance judgment on December 22, 2025. The Company disclosed the "Announcement on the Progress of Major Litigation Involving Controlled Subsidiaries" (Announcement No.: 2026-020) on February 10, 2026. The Company and its subsidiaries received the "Execution Ruling" (No. (2026) Su 05 Execution No. 189) issued by the Suzhou Intermediate Court, which ruled as follows: "1. Freeze and deduct the bank deposits of the judgment debtor Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Bangjie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the amount of RMB 392,211,682.48 and corresponding interest. 2. Freeze and deduct the judgment debtor's execution fees of RMB 4,596,116.8. 3. For any remaining balance, seize and freeze the judgment debtor's property of corresponding value according to law. (II) Progress of This Litigation Recently, the Company and its subsidiaries received the "Execution Ruling" (No. (2026) Su 05 Execution No. 189, Issue 2) issued by the Suzhou Intermediate Court, which ruled as follows: Terminate the execution procedure of the civil judgment (No. (2025) Su 05 Civil First Instance No. 498) made by the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court against the judgment debtor Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd. During the execution of this case, property of the judgment debtor was seized and frozen. If the applicant for enforcement needs to continue the seizure and freezing, they should submit a written application to this court 30 days before the expiration of the period. Failure to do so within the time limit will be deemed as abandonment of the seizure and freezing measures. During the termination of the execution procedure, the judgment debtor is obligated to continue to perform their debts to the applicant for enforcement. If there is any change in the property status, it should be reported to this court truthfully until the debt is fully repaid.
