Announcement of the Notice of the First Creditors' Meeting for Pre-Reorganization Case
Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all members of the Board of Directors, as well as the pre-reorganization administrator, guarantee that the content of this information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, without any false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.
On December 6, 2025, the Company disclosed the "Notice on the Application for Pre-Reorganization by Creditors" (Announcement No. 2025-117). Creditor Suzhou Huanshi Lake Zhuguang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) submitted an application to the Intermediate People's Court of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhua Intermediate Court" or "the Court") for pre-reorganization, citing the Company's inability to repay due debts and insufficient assets to cover all debts, but possessing reorganization value.
On January 6, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Announcement on the Court's Decision to Initiate Pre-Reorganization and Appoint Temporary Administrators" (Announcement No. 2026-001). The Jinhua Intermediate Court legally issued Decision No. (2026) Zhe 07 Po Shen 1 and Decision No. (2026) Zhe 07 Po Shen 1-1, deciding to initiate pre-reorganization for the Company and appointing Zhejiang Jingheng Law Firm and Beijing King & Wood Mallesons (Hangzhou) Law Firm as the Company's temporary administrators (hereinafter referred to as "the pre-reorganization administrators").
On May 31, 2026, the Company received the "Notice of the First Creditors' Meeting for the Pre-Reorganization Case of Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd." from the pre-reorganization administrators. According to the progress arrangement of the pre-reorganization work, the first creditors' meeting for the pre-reorganization case is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at 9:30 AM, to be held in the form of an online meeting.
