Risk Warning Announcement Regarding Potential Delisting of Company Shares

Huaxi Energy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Implementation of Delisting Risk Warning and Other Risk Warnings for Company Shares and Suspension of Trading" (Announcement No.: 2026-026) on April 29, 2026. The Company received "Internal Control Audit Reports" with a disclaimer of opinion for two consecutive fiscal years, 2024 and 2025. Furthermore, the audited net assets at the end of 2025 were negative. In accordance with the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the Company's shares were subject to a delisting risk warning (*ST) starting from the market opening on April 30, 2026. If the Company meets the conditions stipulated in Article 9.3.12 or Article 9.4.18 (VI) of the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," its shares face the risk of being delisted.
In accordance with Article 9.4.10 of the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," during the period when the Company's shares are subject to a delisting risk warning due to the circumstances specified in Article 9.4.1 (VI), the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement regarding the potential delisting of its shares at least once a month. Within one month after the end of the fiscal year in which the delisting risk warning was implemented, the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement. From the first disclosure of the risk warning in that month until the disclosure of the annual internal control audit report, the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement every ten trading days. The relevant situation is hereby announced to remind investors of the associated risks.
