Huaxi Energy Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Risk Warning of Delisting and Additional Risk Warnings for the Company's Stock Trading and Suspension" (Announcement Number: 2026-026) on April 29, 2026. The Company's financial reports for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025 both received a disclaimer of opinion on internal controls in the "Internal Control Audit Report". The Company's audited net assets at the end of 2025 were negative. According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules", the Company's stock was subject to a delisting risk warning (*ST) from the opening of trading on April 30, 2026. If the Company encounters situations stipulated in Article 9.3.12 or Article 9.4.18(VI) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules", its stock faces the risk of termination of listing.
According to Article 9.4.10 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules", during the period when the Company's stock trading is subject to a delisting risk warning due to the circumstances stipulated in Article 9.4.1(VI) of these Rules, the Company shall disclose a risk warning announcement on the possible termination of its stock listing at least once a month. Within one month after the end of the fiscal year in which its stock trading is subject to a delisting risk warning, the Company shall disclose a risk warning announcement on the possible termination of its stock listing. Furthermore, from the first disclosure of the risk warning announcement in that month until the disclosure of the internal control audit report for that year, a risk warning announcement shall be disclosed once every ten trading days. The relevant situation is now announced as follows, and investors are reminded to pay attention to relevant risks.
