Announcement on Resignation and Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

I. Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Hubei Three Gorges Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") recently received the written resignation report from Ms. Chen Jingjing. Due to internal work adjustments, Ms. Chen Jingjing has applied to resign from her position as Chief Financial Officer. Her original term was scheduled from June 4, 2026, to June 3, 2029. After resigning from this position, Ms. Chen Jingjing will continue to serve as a director and deputy general manager of the Company. Ms. Chen Jingjing's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
Ms. Chen Jingjing has completed the financial handover work in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations. Her resignation as Chief Financial Officer will not affect the Company's normal production, operation, and related work. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Chen Jingjing does not hold any company shares.
