I. Basic Situation of the Litigation
On July 10, 2023, Hubei Three Gorges Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Three Gorges Tourism") filed a lawsuit against Yichang Daohang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (now renamed Yichang Daohang Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd.) and Pei Daobing for failing to fulfill their obligations under the performance compensation agreement regarding share compensation and cash dividend return at the People's Court of Wujiagang District, Yichang City, Hubei Province (hereinafter referred to as "Wujiagang District Court"). On July 21, 2023, the Company received the "Notice of Acceptance of Case" from Wujiagang District Court (2023) E 0503 Min Chu 2587.
