Haochen Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Progress of Litigation Involving the Company" (Announcement No.: 2026-018) on the designated information disclosure media, Giant Information Network, on July 3, 2026. The Company received the "Execution Notice" and "Order to Report Property" (No. (2026) Hu 74 Execution 43) issued by the Shanghai Financial Court. Recently, the Company received the "Execution Ruling" (No. (2026) Hu 74 Execution 43) issued by the Shanghai Financial Court and learned from the Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform that the Shanghai Financial Court will conduct an online judicial auction of the Company's equity in Fushun Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fushun Bank"), with an investment amount of RMB 227 million (shareholding ratio of 6.68%), from 10:00 on August 24, 2026, to 10:00 on August 27, 2026 (excluding extensions).
