I. Meeting Information
The notice for the 29th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of Dalian Meijim Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was sent via email on June 21, 2024. The meeting was held on June 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM in the Los Angeles Conference Room on the first floor of the Company, combining on-site and remote voting. On June 21, 2024, the board received a written resignation report from Mr. Jin Hui, the Chairman and General Manager of the Company. Mr. Jin resigned from his positions as Chairman, Chairman of the Strategic Committee, and General Manager for personal reasons, but will continue to serve as a director.
