I. Share Pledge and Cumulative Share Pledge Status
Shenzhen Ruihe Decoration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Ruihe Decoration") received notification today from Shenzhen Ruizhan Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruizhan Industrial"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the Company's shares. Ruizhan Industrial released a portion of its pledged company shares on August 4, 2026, and re-pledged them on the same day. Ruizhan Industrial is actually controlled by Mr. Li Jiaping, the Company's controlling shareholder, and is his concerted party. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
