Overview of Acceptance of Related Party Guarantees
To meet the funding needs for daily operations and business development, Langzi Co., Ltd. has applied for a credit limit of RMB 100 million from Beijing Bank Co., Ltd. Shunyi Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Bank"). The Company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Shen Dongri, and his spouse, Ms. Weng Jie, will provide guarantees for the Company. This guarantee will not incur any fees for the Company and does not require the Company to provide counter-guarantees.
