As of the date of this announcement, excluding disclosed litigation and arbitration matters, the Company and its controlling subsidiaries have cumulatively experienced 18 litigation and arbitration cases within the past twelve months, with a total amount involved of RMB 228.0227 million, accounting for 11.23% of the Company's latest audited net assets. Among these, there are 8 cases where the Company and its controlling subsidiaries are plaintiffs, totaling RMB 94.9979 million, and 10 cases where they are defendants, totaling RMB 133.0248 million. The Company and its controlling subsidiaries do not have any undisclosed individual cases with an amount exceeding 10% of the absolute value of the Company's latest audited net assets, nor any significant litigation or arbitration matters exceeding RMB 10 million.
