Special Reminder:
- As of June 11, 2024, the stock price of Zhejiang Aikang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has closed below 1 RMB for 15 consecutive trading days. According to Article 9.2.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the stock price remains below 1 RMB for 20 consecutive trading days, the stock will be terminated from listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to Article 9.1.15 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the stock is terminated due to mandatory delisting conditions, it will not enter a delisting arrangement period.
- According to Article 9.2.4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement regarding the potential termination of listing due to the stock price falling below par value, and subsequently disclose it every trading day until the situation is resolved or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange makes a decision to terminate the listing of the Company's stock.
