Important Content Reminder:
- Investment Types: Investment and management of assets by professional wealth management institutions such as banks, trusts, securities, funds, futures, insurance asset management agencies, financial asset investment companies, and private fund managers.
- Investment Amount: The amount for entrusted wealth management using idle self-owned funds shall not exceed RMB 600 million. Within this limit, funds can be used on a rolling basis from the date of approval by the annual board meeting until the next annual board meeting. The transaction amount at any point during the period (including reinvestment of the aforementioned investment returns) shall not exceed the investment limit.
