I. Investment Overview
The subsidiary of the Company, Actoz Soft Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Actoz HK"), has recently signed a fund subscription agreement with Neuron Venture Opportunity Fund GP II, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the General Partner"). Actoz HK intends to invest $2 million as a limited partner using its own funds to subscribe for shares in Neuron Venture Opportunity Fund II, L.P. (hereinafter referred to as "the Partnership"). The actual total scale of the Partnership is expected to not exceed $50 million, with the General Partner and its affiliates intending to contribute no less than 1% of the total subscribed scale of the fund. If the final fundraising scale of the Partnership is $50 million, and Actoz HK contributes $2 million, this investment will account for 4.00% of the total contributions to the Partnership.
