As the independent director of Biya Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I, Zhang Min, strictly adhere to the Company Law, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and other relevant regulations. I. Basic Situation
I, Zhang Min, was born in 1977 in China. I hold a Ph.D. in Accounting and have been a lecturer since 1999 at the School of Business of Beijing University of Technology. I have also studied at the University of California, Berkeley, and have worked in various capacities in finance and management. I have been serving as an independent director of the Company since September 2020.
